With a career that began deeply rooted in holistic massage and reflexology, both privately and within the NHS, my practice evolved to bridge the gap between holistic wellness and therapeutic clarity. I am now dedicated to providing a transformative experience through a diverse range of treatments, from deep tissue massage to natural face lifts. My approach is centred on restoring balance and harmony to both mind and body, ensuring each session is tailored to your unique needs in a peaceful space.

I originally trained in London in 2009, gaining a Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy. Since then, I’ve continued to develop my skills with diplomas in Reflexology and Aromatherapy, along with extensive professional development in deep tissue massage, spinal reflexology, advanced facial reflexology, Thai reflexology, Reiki, ScarWork Therapy and elements of Advanced Clinical Massage. I am also a Complementary Therapy Specialist in Cancer Care.
Holistic therapies have been a key part of my life—supporting me through inflammatory bowel disease in my teens and with work related stress in my thirties. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
